This usually occurs when the event tile has a technical issue.
Try accessing the event from the live channel it’s playing on:
- Scroll down to the Live Channels carousel.
- Select the channel the event is playing on. Click here for a guide on what channel to find your event.
If you're still seeing this error message, follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Try rebooting your device.
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app on your device.
- Try clearing your cache. Click here for steps on clearing the cache on your device.
- Try using another device.
