2. I haven’t received my Reset Password email
If you have requested to reset your password, please allow at least 5 minutes the email to reach your inbox. We also suggest checking your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk Mail’ folders in case the email has landed there by accident.
If you still haven’t received your email, please ensure you have entered the exact email address linked to your Kayo account with no spelling errors.
If you have forgotten your email you can find out what it is here.
3. I am receiving an ‘Authentication Error’ message when I try to reset my password
If you are receiving an error message when trying to reset your password via email, it could be because the link has expired. Your reset password link may have expired due to one of the following reasons:
-
Reset password links expire after 3 days: For security purposes, the link in your reset password email will expire. If you are attempting to reset your password using an email 3 days or older, please request a new reset password email instead.
- Requesting multiple reset password links, causes old links to expire: If you request multiple reset password links, you will receive multiple emails and each previous link will expire regardless of how old they are. This means if you have selected ‘Reset Password’ more than once, you can only reset your password using the newest email in your inbox.
