Error: 9999 occurs when there is no active Kayo subscription on your account.
To check if your Kayo subscription is active, follow these steps:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Subscriptions, you can see what active subscriptions you have.
- If Kayo doesn’t appear here, your subscription is currently inactive and you’ll need to resubscribe.
If Kayo does appear under My Subscriptions and you’re still getting Error: 9999
Log out of Kayo on your device and log back in using the same details you used to log into My Account.
