When did this error occur?
I'm seeing this error while streaming
You may see different wording variations of this error message, which can occur when your device has built up too much temporarily stored data (cache) and needs to be cleared. Alternatively, you may see this error if something happens that we can’t clearly identify.
If you're seeing this or a similar error, follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Try rebooting your device.
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app on your device.
- Try clearing your cache. Click here for steps on clearing the cache on your device.
- Try using another device.
Seeing "Oops, something went wrong" on a web browser?
We're currently working on a resolution, but in the meantime, please ensure pop-ups are enabled by following the steps below.
Chrome:
- Open Chrome, and at the top-right, click More settings.
- Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
- Click Pop-up and redirects.
- To enable pop-ups, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
Safari:
- Open the Safari app and choose Safari, then Settings, then click Websites.
- On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
- If you don't see Pop-up Windows, scroll to the bottom of the list.
- In the pop-up menu for the website, choose Allow.
I'm seeing this error while trying to log in
Please enable cookies on your mobile device. This applies whether you're streaming on a mobile device or using it to scan the QR code on your TV.
Enable cookies on iOS device
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Safari, then scroll down and select Advanced.
- Toggle Block All Cookies OFF.
Enable cookies on Android device
The steps will depend on the browser you're using, however you can usually enable cookies from the browser's settings.
