1. What's the difference between cancelling my subscription and deleting personal data?
Cancelling your subscription means you have the flexibility to resubscribe in the future to Kayo Sports or BINGE. You can easily cancel your subscription online through My Account.
Requesting for your personal data to be deleted means you'll have trouble signing up for a Kayo Sports or BINGE, subscription again using the same details.
2. How do I request for my personal data to be deleted?
We are unable to delete your personal data if you have an active Hubbl-billed subscription. Please ensure all subscriptions are cancelled prior to contacting us or your case will be closed with no further action. To cancel a subscription please click here.
If all your Hubbl subscriptions are cancelled and you wish to also have your personal data deleted, please lodge a request by completing this webform.
