If you have an active Kayo subscription, you're likely logged in to the wrong account. This can happen if you have multiple accounts and you've logged in with different login details.
How do I resolve it?
- Log out of Kayo everywhere, including:
- your mobile device (visit kayosports.com.au in a web browser and logout)
- your personal computer or tablet
- the Kayo app on your mobile device
- your smart TV
- Once you've logged out of all devices, log back in using the details of your active Kayo account.
- If you're streaming on a smart TV, scan the QR code again on your TV and follow the login prompts when the web browser pops up on your phone.
