How do I delete and reinstall the Kayo app?

iOS iPhone/iPad

1. Hold down on the Kayo app until a menu pops up.
2. Press Remove App.
3. Press Delete App
4. Head back to the App Store and re-download the app.

 
 

Android mobile/tablet

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. At the top-right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & devices, then Manage.
4. Select the Kayo app, then tap Uninstall.
5. While still in the Google Play Store, on the right, tap the profile icon.
6. Tap Manage apps & devices and then Manage.
7. Select the Kayo app. If you can't find the app, at the top, tap This device and then Not installed.
8. Tap Install or Enable.

 
 

Android TV or Google TV

1. From the TV Home screen, scroll to Settings.
2. Under Device, select Apps.
3. Under Downloaded apps, choose the Kayo app.
4. Select Uninstall, then OK.
5. From the TV Home screen, scroll to Apps.
6. Select the Google Play Store app and browse or search for Kayo.
7. Select the Kayo app.
8. To install the app, follow the on-screen instructions.

 
 

Samsung TV

1. Press the Home button on your remote and scroll down to Apps.
2. Go to Settings, navigate to the Kayo app, then select Delete (If Delete is greyed out, it's not available to delete. Select Reinstall).
3. Press the Return button on your remote, then select the Search icon.
4. Type in Kayo, and click Install.

 
 

Hisense TV

Note: If Kayo is a default app on your Hisense TV, you will not be able to uninstall the app.

1. On the home screen, scroll along the applications carousel and click on More Apps.
2. Hover over Kayo app.
3. Hold down centre button on the remote until a menu appears.
4. Click Delete.
5. On the home screen, navigate to the App Store in the applications carousel.
6. Search for Kayo, then click on Kayo.
7. Click Install.

LG TV

1. On the home screen, scroll across to Edit app list at end of the app list.

3. On the home screen, scroll to the Apps icon in the app list.
