Issues with logging in to Kayo

What device are you using to login?

• Web browser or app on mobile device
• App on smart TV (via QR code)

Web browser or app on mobile device

If your email or password is wrong, or you’ve forgotten your password:

• Try logging in with your mobile number
• Reset your password
• Try a different email address

Note: If you’re seeing a wrong email or password error, that means an account has not been set up with that email address yet, or the email or password is incorrect.

1. Try logging in with your mobile number

To login with your mobile number: 

1. Select Sign In.
2. Enter the mobile number linked to your account (starting with 04).
3. You'll receive a verification code from Hubbl via SMS. Didn’t receive a code? Skip to Issues logging in with a mobile number.
4. Enter this verification code to log in.

2. Reset your password

To reset your password, from the sign-in page:

1. Enter your email address
2. Select Forgot Password?
3. Select Send Email
4. Check your email inbox for an email from Hubbl titled Hubbl Change Password (check your spam/junk inboxes)
   1. Didn’t receive an email? Skip to Try a different email address.
5. Select Reset My Password from within the email
6. Enter your new password and select the green and white arrow to continue
7. You’ll be taken back to the Kayo home page where you can sign in with your email and new password at the top right-hand corner.

3. Try a different email address
If you haven’t received your password reset email from Hubbl, it’s likely that a Kayo subscription hasn’t been set up with that email address yet.

If you’ve used Kayo previously, or are being charged for a Kayo subscription, try signing in with another email address or contact Kayo Help by completing this webform.

Issues logging in with a mobile number
If you haven’t received your verification code via SMS from Hubbl it’s likely that a Kayo subscription hasn’t been set up with that mobile number yet. 

If you’ve used Kayo previously, or are being charged for a Kayo subscription, try signing in with another mobile or contact Kayo Help.
