- Delete and reinstall the app
- Clear the cache

1. Check your device
Make sure you're using a compatible device, operating system or browser. See a full list of supported devices here.
2. Don't use a VPN
If you’re using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), you’ll need to disable it. For steps on how to do this, click here.
3. Reboot the device
- Turn your device off and unplug it from the power source.
- After a few minutes, plug it back in and turn it back on.
4. Delete and reinstall the app

5. Clear the cache

6. Check your internet
Run a speed test to make sure your connection is stable. You'll need at least 7.5Mbps to stream. Then, restart your WiFi router:
- Turn it off and unplug it.
- Wait 20 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Turn it back on and wait about a minute.
- Try connecting again.
7. Limit the number of connected devices
Too many devices using your internet at the same time can slow down streaming. Try disconnecting some devices.
8. Switch to the Live Channel
