1. How do I subscribe to Kayo through Optus SubHub?
New customers:
- Visit Optus SubHub and sign into your account.
- Select Pick & Mix up the top.
- Find Kayo and select Set up.
- Read the terms and conditions, then select Agree.
- You'll be required to complete a security check, then continue.
- You'll be redirected to Kayo. From here, follow the steps to sign up and confirm Optus SubHub as your payment method.
Returning or existing customers:
- Visit Optus SubHub and sign into your account.
- Select Pick & Mix up the top.
- Find Kayo and select Set up.
- Read the terms and conditions, then select Agree.
- You'll be required to complete a security check, then continue.
- You'll be redirected to Kayo. Select Sign in, and sign in using your existing login details
- Follow the steps to resubscribe.

2. Why is only Kayo Premium available through Optus SubHub?
If you're subscribing to Kayo through Optus SubHub,, you'll only find the Kayo Premium subscription available. If you'd like to subscribe to Kayo Standard, you'll need to sign up directly to Kayo.
3. Can I upgrade or downgrade if I subscribe through Optus SubHub?
You're not able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription if you're billed through Optus SubHub. This can only be done when paying directly to Kayo via credit card.
4. How do I manage my subscription through Optus SubHub?
You won’t be able to manage anything billing or account-related via My Account, as everything is managed via your Optus SubHub account. You'll need to sign in to your Optus SubHub account to make changes.

5. How do I cancel my Kayo subscription if it's billed by Optus SubHub?
- Visit Optus SubHub and sign in
- Select the Kayo subscription.
- Select Stop Subscription.
- Select Stop Kayo.
- You’ll see a page confirming the cancellation.
You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal date, otherwise you may be charged and your subscription will remain active until the end of the next billing cycle.
Once you've cancelled, you'll have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
