1. Can I use different payment methods for my BINGE and Kayo subscriptions?
Yes, you can use a different payment method for each of your subscriptions. However, credit card details are stored at a Hubbl level, not a specific product level. Therefore, if you select credit card as the payment method for more than one product (BINGE or Kayo), all subscriptions will be charged using the same credit card.
Note: Please check which payment methods are available for the subscription you wish to purchase. Not all payment methods are available for all three products.
2. Can I use the same credit card for my BINGE and Kayo subscriptions?
Yes, your credit card details are stored at a Hubbl level, not a specific product level. This means if you wish to use credit card as your payment method for one product, your credit card details will be updated across your BINGE and Kayo subscriptions too.
Note: Your credit card will only be charged for the subscriptions you have selected ‘Credit card’ as the payment method for.
3. Can I use different credit card details for my BINGE and Kayo subscriptions?
No, if you have selected credit card as your payment method, you are required to use the same credit card for your BINGE and Kayo subscriptions.
Updating new credit card details will automatically update any subscription you have with Hubbl. This means if you have an active Kayo subscription being paid via credit card and you subscribe using a new credit card, your Kayo payment details will be automatically updated too.
4. Can I align the billing dates for my BINGE and Kayo subscriptions?
BINGE and Kayo are separate products and the respective billing date for each product is based on the date you signed up. This means your billing dates will be different and cannot be aligned.
5. Can my BINGE and Kayo subscriptions be charged together?
Unfortunately, no. As BINGE and Kayo are separate products, you’ll be charged for each product separately.
6. If I cancel one subscription, will all my subscriptions be cancelled?
No, as BINGE and Kayo are separate products, they must be managed separately so cancelling one, will not cancel the other.
