When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access until the end of your current billing cycle. If you're billed directly by Kayo or BINGE, any remaining credit you have at the date of account cancellation stays in your Hubbl account until your gift card expiry date.
When you're ready to restart your subscription, the money in your gift card balance will be used up first, then you'll be billed normally as per your monthly subscription.
If you are subscribed to Kayo and BINGE, and you only cancel one of these subscriptions, your gift card credit will continue to apply to your active subscription and be applied to that subscription on your next monthly billing date.
Can I transfer the gift card value in 'My Account' to another Kayo and BINGE, subscriber?
No, gift cards are non-transferrable and can only be redeemed against one Hubbl account.

Your Hubbl Gift Card credit will be automatically applied to your next Hubbl billed transaction. You cannot choose which Hubbl billed transaction to apply Gift Card credit to. Once the gift card credit has run out, your subscription will automatically renew at standard pricing and you’ll be charged for your selected package as per your subscription. This may be a partial or full monthly charge depending on how much gift card credit was remaining on your account after the last billing period.
Existing Customers
When you add a gift card in ‘My Account’, the gift card credit will automatically apply to whichever Hubbl charge is billed next. You cannot choose which Hubbl charge to apply gift card credit to. Once the gift card credit has run out, your subscription will automatically renew at standard pricing and you'll be charged for your selected package as per your subscription. This may be a partial or full monthly charge depending on how much gift card credit was remaining on your account after the last billing period.
Can I use my Kayo gift card via Pay with Telstra or Apple billing?
Kayo gift cards cannot currently be used in conjunction via Pay with Telstra or Apple billing. If you're billed via Pay with Telstra or Apple, you'll be unable to apply the gift card unless you cancel your subscription and sign up directly to Kayo Sports and BINGE, and pay via credit card.
Why do you need my credit card when signing up with a gift card?
A credit card is required to verify your ID and create an account as per our Service Terms and Conditions. There are no lock-in contracts, so you are free to cancel at any time.
Why do I see two charges in one month with a gift card?
If you see two charges in one month, it's most likely due to the remaining credit amount on your gift card being less than the total due on your bill.
Why have I been charged $1 when entering a gift card?
Some financial institutions temporarily place a small $1 pre-authorisation on your card as part of their card validation process. This is not a charge from Kayo, or BINGE and this $1 amount will be released by your financial institution, usually within 14 days.
If you're seeing multiple $1 pre-authorisations, this reflects the number of times you clicked "submit"/"next" on your payment details. Rest assured, these funds are just the pre-authorisations and not charges.
