Requested a reset password link but now you’re seeing an ‘Authentication Error’ error message? It could be because your link has expired, this could be due to one of the following reasons.
Reset password links expire after 3 days
For security purposes, the link in your reset password email will expire. If you are attempting to reset your password using an email 3 days or older, please request a new reset password email instead.
Requesting multiple reset password links, causes old links to expire
If you request multiple reset password links, you will receive multiple emails and each previous link will expire regardless of how old they are. This means if you have selected ‘Reset Password’ more than once, you can only reset your password using the newest email in your inbox.
Note: Changing your password will automatically update all subscriptions you have with Hubbl. This means if you have a BINGE subscription your password will also automatically update.
