During the Kayo signup process, you should have received an authorisation PIN. If you didn't, it may be because an incorrect or incomplete Australian mobile number is being used.
As long as you have a valid Australian mobile number, you should receive an authorisation PIN to complete the signup process, so double check the number you provided.
If your phone number is correct, select Resend Code
If you made a mistake on your phone number, select Update mobile.
If you aren't receiving the code, try to close the browser and start again. This time, select Login and enter your username and password.
Here, you can expect two options:
- You will be asked to enter your phone number and the authorisation PIN will be sent.
- You will be taken to the next step in the checkout to enter your payment details. If you get to this stage, your phone will already be verified.
