1. Which web browsers are supported by Kayo?
For the ultimate Kayo experience we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox (MacOS: 10.12+ or Windows 10).
2. What Kayo features are available on the web?
You can sign in whenever and wherever you've got access to the web to get your sporting fix. You can also cast to your TV if you're using Google Chrome and Chromecast Ultra to catch all the action on the big screen.
Short on time? Click on the Key Moments icon in the video player to access Kayo's Key Moments feature so you can catch up the easy way. Can't decide what to watch? Click on 'Related Videos' in the video player to activate SplitView and watch up to four videos simultaneously.
3. Is 4K available on web browsers?
Unfortunately 4K content on Kayo is not currently available on web, however we plan to introduce 4K streaming to more devices in the future.
4. What if I'm having trouble streaming?
We recommend following the below troubleshooting steps if you're having issues streaming:
1. Check you're using an up-to-date web browser
Depending on which browser you're using, follow the below links for steps on how to check for browser updates/

2. Reboot the WiFi router and run a speed test
- Turn the WiFi router off, and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait 30 seconds, then plug the router back in
- Switch the router back on (this can take about a minute).
- Try connecting to the internet again.
It's also worth running a speed test to ensure your internet connection is stable. We recommend an internet speed of at least 7.5Mpbs to stream.
3. Clear cache
Cache is a software or hardware used to temporarily store information and data. When cache builds up and is not cleared, it can affect streaming performance. Refer to the steps below to clear the cache on your web browser, depending on which browser you're using.
Google Chrome
Mac
- Select ‘Chrome’ from top navigational menu.
- Select ‘Clear browsing data’.
PC
- Select 3 horizontal dots to open Chrome menu from the top right of your browser.
- Select ‘History’ > ‘Clear Browsing data’ > Tick ‘cached images and files’.
- Select ‘Clear data'.
Safari
- Select ‘Develop’ from the top navigational menu.
- Select ‘Empty caches’.
Firefox
Mac:
- Select ‘Firefox’ from top navigational menu then open ‘Preferences’.
- Select ‘Privacy and Security' from left hand side menu.
- Under ‘Cookies and Site Data’ select ‘Clear Data’
PC:
- Select the 4 vertical line in the top right corner then ‘History’.
- Select ‘Clear Recent History’ > tick ‘Cache’.
- Select ‘Clear Now’.
Microsoft Edge
- Select 3 horizontal dots to open Microsoft Edge menu from the top of your browser.
- Select ‘History’.
- Under ‘Clear Browsing Data' select ‘Cached images and files’ then ‘Clear now'.
