2. Can I purchase a Main Event on a Hubbl device?
Main Events are available to purchase on the Hubbl device itself. For more information, click here.
3. Can I order an event if I'm not a Kayo customer?
Yes, anyone can order via Main Event on Kayo. If you purchase an event and you're not a Kayo customer, you can watch any content on Kayo from the date you purchased the event until your access end date. Your access to Kayo will end four days after the event airs live, which will be specified upon purchase of the event.4. It says my mobile is already in use or I'm already registered with Hubbl?
This means you've had Kayo or BINGE before. To purchase the event, use your existing Kayo, BINGE email address. Can’t remember the email address linked to your account? Click here.
You’ll then be asked to sign in to complete your purchase. This is where you'll enter your existing Kayo or BINGE log in details. For instructions on how to complete your purchase, click here.
5. How do I know if I've purchased the event successfully?
Once you've purchased an event, you'll receive a confirmation email. The funds will also be deducted from your account, as well as a $1 pre-authorisation charge to validate your credit card.
Make sure you've double-checked your confirmation email to ensure you've purchased the correct event. We suggest checking your spam or junk folders if you don't receive it shortly after purchasing.
Note: If you've ordered an event within 30-60 minutes of it commencing, there may be delays with receiving your confirmation email, accessing the event, or the funds being deducted from your account. This is due to high demand. Sit tight - you'll be able to access the event shortly!
6. What if I'm having trouble purchasing the event?
If you're seeing a spinning or loading screen, this can occur when multiple people are trying to purchase at the same time.
We recommend purchasing the event early to avoid delays, however if this happens, try using a different browser or device to purchase.
Note: Attempting to order multiple times can result in multiple $1 pre-authorisation charges. If this happens, these charges will be refunded.
6a. I'm seeing a '400 Bad Request' error?
Try using a different device to purchase the event (such as another mobile phone, laptop or tablet). Click here for instructions on how to purchase.
6b. I'm seeing a 'Submissions Too Quick/Too Many Submissions' error?
This can occur due to high demand. We recommend waiting a few minutes, then trying again.
Note: Do not click Order Now multiple times within a short timeframe - this can cause further issues.
6c. I'm seeing a 2047 error?
This is usually because the issuing bank has blocked the card from executing this transaction. We recommend using a different card to purchase, if possible. Otherwise, contact your bank to see why they might be blocking this transaction.
7. What if I'm having trouble viewing the event?
If you're unable to view the event:
- Log out of the device you used to purchase the event (e.g. mobile phone or laptop).
- Log out of the device you want to stream the event on (e.g. TV).
- Log back into the device you want to stream the event on.
If you're seeing an error message while trying to view the event, click here.
If you're still experiencing issues, click the Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to speak with an agent.
This can occur if you have very recently purchased the event. When purchasing a very popular event, there can be a delay between ordering and receiving access to view the fight. Please try to stream again in 10 minutes.
Alternatively, this error can appear if you haven't purchased the event at all. This most commonly occurs when the wrong event has been ordered.
