Managing my Kayo profiles

Kayo profiles give you the option to personalise your content, set your preferences, set your notifications and get the most out of your Kayo subscription.

Note: The ability to create profiles (including selecting favourites) is not available on Hubbl or Hubbl Glass.

Adding profiles
How to add a profile to your Kayo subscription will vary depending on what device you're using. Follow the steps below:

Mobile and Web

1. Click the to open the Kayo Navigator
2. Click on your profile avatar
3. In the 'Who's watching?' page, click on the plus icon to add a new profile
4. Type in the name of your new profile and select an avatar
5. Click 'Done' then select your teams and tailor your preferences

TV

1. Go to the main navigation
2. Scroll right to find 'My Kayo'
3. Select 'Profiles Option'
4. Select the symbol to add a profile
5. Type in the name of your new profile and select an avatar

Removing profiles
How to remove a profile to your Kayo subscription will vary depending on what device you're using. Follow the steps below:
 
Mobile and Web

1. Click the to open the Kayo Navigator
2. Click on your profile avatar
3. In the 'Who's watching?' page click on 'Manage'
4. Select the profile you want to remove or edit
5. Change your avatar, your profile name, or delete the selected profile
6. Select 'Done', and either modify another profile by following the above steps
7. Or select a profile to watch Kayo

TV

1. Go to the main navigation
2. Scroll right to find the 'My Kayo'
3. Select 'Profiles Option'
4. Select 'Manage'
5. Choose the profile you want to edit or remove
6. Change your avatar, your profile name, or remove the selected profile

Changing profiles
Want to change or switch profiles? Follow these steps:

• Select the icon
• Select the profile avatar in the Kayo navigator
• Select the profile you want to switch to

Manage my favourites and notifications

How to manage your favourites & notifications on your Kayo subscription will vary depending on what device you're using. Follow the steps below:

Mobile app

1. Log in to Kayo
2. Tap the or swipe up on your device to open the Kayo Navigator
3. Under 'My Kayo', select 'Manage my favourites/teams'
4. Tap your favourite Teams or Sport/Series to edit
5. Once you've selected your Team or Sport/Series, you will see the notifications you can receive
6. Select the notifications you want, and select 'Save' at the bottom of the Kayo Navigator

Web

1. Log in to Kayo
2. Click the to open the Kayo Navigator
3. Under 'My Kayo', select 'Manage my favourites'
4. Select a Team, Sport or Series and you will see the notifications you can receive
5. Select what notifications you want, and select 'Save' at the bottom of the Kayo Navigator

Also, if you want to add any Teams, Sports or Series, just click/tap the icon. You'll see all the icons of Teams, Sports and Series you can follow. Just give them a click, and select continue.

Note: If you want to remove this team from your favourites, select 'Remove'.

Using your TV?
You'll need to log in to Kayo on your mobile device or web browser to manage your Kayo notifications.

Set my preferences
Set your preferences on your Kayo profiles via toggling No Spoilers and Odds on or off

Note: The Odds setting can only be turned on or off on the primary profile
 
Spoilers

1. Log in to Kayo
2. Click/Tap the or swipe up on your device to open up the Kayo Navigator
3. Toggle between 'No Spoilers' and 'Show Spoilers' just by clicking or tapping the button

Odds

1. Log in to Kayo
2. Click the to open My Kayo
3. Select My Account
4. Here you'll have the option to turn 'Odds ON' or 'Odds OFF'
