You can view or update your account details online via My Account or by navigating to My Account through a Hubbl device if you have one. This includes your:
1. How do I change my personal details?
To change your your first name, last name or year of birth:
- Click here to login to My Account.
- Select Edit Personal Details, then update your details.
- Select Done.
A message will appear onscreen confirming your changes.
2. How do I change my email address?
- Click here to access My Account.
- Select Edit Email, enter your new email address, then select Done.
- To verify your account, you'll receive a code to the mobile number associated with your account.
Note: You can only update your email address once every seven days.
3. How do I change my mobile number?
- Click here to access My Account.
- Select Edit Mobile, enter your new mobile number, then select Done.
- To verify your account, you'll receive a code to the email address associated with your account.
- To confirm the new mobile number, you'll then receive a code to the mobile number you've entered.
Note: You can only update your mobile number once every seven days.
4. How can I update my marketing preferences?
- Login to My Account.
- Under Account Details, select Marketing Preferences.
- You’ll be redirected to your marketing preferences. Select Edit to update preferences, or opt out of all marketing.
5. Can I make changes to my account through my TV?
If you have a Hubbl device, you can navigate to My Account through the device itself by scrolling to the bottom of the home page, or by using voice search.
For all other devices, you'll need to log in to My Account on your mobile device or web browser to manage your account.
