1. What is Hubbl?
Hubbl simplifies how you search and watch content by aggregating your subscriptions, and gives you the ability to manage your subscriptions in one place.
Hubbl is available via Hubbl Hub that plugs into any compatible TV, as well as via Hubbl Glass - a world-class TV with a built-in high-quality sound bar that only requires an internet connection and a power cord.
2. Why would I want to watch Kayo on a Hubbl device?
Streaming Kayo on Hubbl lets you easily search for content using voice search within the Kayo app, along with a seamless login experience.
Hubbl allows you to see all your subscriptions in one view. You can also search across apps and free-to-air TV channels in one go, using voice or text search.
Watchlists on Hubbl allow you to add your favourite content from different apps, channels or the TV Guide to a list to watch later. You can create up to five unique Watchlists where specific content can be linked to other people, such as different members of the family.
You can also access free-to-air TV with or without an aerial via the integrated TV Guide, as well as keep track of your shows with one universal Continue Watching carousel.
3. Which Kayo features can I use on Hubbl?
You can enjoy many of Kayo's popular features on Hubbl, such as:
- Key Moments
- No Spoilers
- Fixtures
- resume / watch history within the app
- the ability to create profiles (including selecting favourites)
- Kayo recommendations carousel
- a Kayo Continue Watching carousel
- a Kayo search bar
Hubbl also has a universal Continue Watching carousel and search feature accessible from the home screen, which combines content from all your available apps in one view.
Note: SplitView is currently not available for Kayo on Hubbl, however we’re working on making this available at a later date.
4. I already have Kayo, how do I purchase a Hubbl device?
As an existing Kayo customer, you can also purchase a Hubbl device online via My Account:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Devices, select Purchase another device.
- To purchase Hubbl Hub, click Buy Now in the top-right corner.
- To purchase Hubbl Glass, click Hubbl Glass at the top of the page, then click Buy Now.
- Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
5. Can I sign in to Kayo on Hubbl using different login details?
No. Your Kayo account must be under the same login details as your Hubbl subscription. For example, if you have Kayo and someone in your household has BINGE but they’re under different email addresses and phone numbers, you’ll need to cancel one and resubscribe with the email address linked to your Hubbl account.
6. How can I subscribe to Kayo on Hubbl?
You can add and manage subscriptions online via My Account.
To add Kayo:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Subscriptions, select Manage Subscriptions.
- Here, you can add Kayo by clicking the plus icon, which will turn into a tick once added, then select Update Subscriptions.
- Review the order information and confirm your payment details, then select Confirm.
You’ll see an onscreen message confirming you’ve added Kayo to your Hubbl account.
Note: If you try to watch content that you’re not yet subscribed to, you can follow the prompts on screen to add a subscription.
7. How do I watch Kayo on a Hubbl device?
Once you’ve set up the Hubbl device, you won’t need to sign in to Kayo as it shares the same login details as your Hubbl subscription (also known as your Hubbl ID). Any Hubbl subscriptions (Kayo or BINGE) attached to that account will automatically be available on the device.
To start watching Kayo, simply select content from the home screen or launch Kayo.
8. How do I manage my Kayo account on Hubbl?
You can add, change or remove subscriptions, as well as view and manage your billing, online via My Account.
