If you're returning to Kayo, you'll need to resubscribe with the email address or mobile number you previously used. Can't remember your login details? Click here.
Follow the steps below to resubscribe:
- Click here and select Sign In in the top-right corner.
- Login with the details you used to create your account previously.
- Follow the prompts to resubscribe.
Hubbl is now the parent company of Kayo, so since you've had a Kayo subscription in the past, you'll have a Hubbl account. This means you can manage your subscription online via Hubbl My Account.
Returning with a voucher?
If you're eligible for an offer and have received a voucher code, follow the steps below:
- Click here and scroll down to Got a voucher?
- Enter your voucher code then select Submit.
- Follow the prompts to apply the voucher to your account.

If your mobile number has been used in the past and needs to be removed from another account
Please contact us with proof of ownership of the mobile phone number (e.g. a picture of the phone bill) so we can organise for your mobile number to be released so you can resubscribe.
