Billed by Telstra
If you're billed by Telstra and would like to be billed by Kayo via credit card instead, you can update your payment method online through My Account:
- Click here to access My Account.
- Under Telstra Billing, select Update payment.
- Next to Kayo, select Update payment.
Note: If you have multiple subscriptions billed by Telstra, you’ll need to update each one individually.
- Select Update credit card and fill in the details.
- Select Update payment method.
Billed by Apple
If you're billed by Apple, you'll need to first cancel the subscription via the third-party biller. Once this has been done, you can then resubscribe to Kayo via My Account.
