If you need to update your Kayo payment method, the process depends on how you're billed:
I'm billed by Kayo
If you're billed by Kayo, you can update your Kayo payment details online via My Account or by navigating to My Account on a Hubbl device if you have one.
Note: Entering new credit card details will automatically update any subscription you have via credit card with Hubbl. This means if you have an active BINGE subscription, your credit card details will automatically update.
You can update your payment details online via My Account:
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Billing, select Payment Methods.
- Under Credit Cards, select Update payment method.
- Enter your credit card details and select Update.
You’ll see an onscreen message confirming your payment details have been updated.
I've updated my credit card details, can I make a payment?
Payment won’t be taken straight away once you've updated your credit card details. Please wait for the payment to be processed automatically, as we can’t accept manual payments.
I'm billed by Apple or Telstra
Apple
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Payment & Shipping. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- To update the billing information of an existing card, tap the payment method, then tap Edit.
Telstra
To update your AutoPay details:
- Sign in to My Telstra.
- Go to Payments.
- Here, you can add a new credit card.
