Signing up to Kayo should be simple, however if you’re having issues, it's due to one of two issues:
1. You’ve previously signed up to Kayo or one of our other streaming services (BINGE).

2. You’ve never signed up but your mobile number has been used in the past and needs to be removed from another account.
Please contact us with proof of ownership of the mobile phone number i.e. picture of the phone bill, so we can organise for your mobile number to be released so you can sign up.
