Your Kayo subscription is charged on a monthly basis. You can review information about past charges directly in My Account. If you pay for Kayo through a third-party, please refer to your provider for more information.
Past charges
To view your Kayo billing history:
- Log in to My Account on a web browser or mobile browser.
- Under Billing & Invoices, you'll see a summary of your most recent charges.
- You can click the i button to see the payment date, method and reference number.
Request an invoice
If you need an invoice, please submit this webform and specify which month you need the invoice for in the “What can we help with?” field. Once submitted, we’ll get back to you shortly.
