If you’re billed by Apple, you’ll need to cancel via the Apple App Store at least 24 hours before your subscription renewal date.
To cancel via the Apple App Store:
- Open the App Store and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select the account profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Subscriptions - you'll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
- Select the Kayo app.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
After cancelling, you'll still have access to Kayo until the end of your billing period.
