Note: If you have Kayo on a Hubbl device, you won’t need to activate or sign in to the app as it shares the same login details as your Hubbl subscription (also known as your Hubbl ID).
To log in to Kayo on your TV, you'll need to activate your device first. You can do this via a web browser or on-screen QR code:
Activate via web browser
- On your compatible TV, open the Kayo app and select Sign In - you'll see a code on your TV screen.
- Using another device (like a smartphone or laptop), click here and enter the code displayed on your TV screen.
Note: If your code has expired, select Try again on your TV to generate a new code.
- Once you've confirmed your 8-digit code, you may be asked to enter your login details.
- You'll automatically be signed in on your TV. Simply select your profile and start streaming!
Activate via QR code
Some devices allow you to activate using a QR code. If your device allows this, follow the below steps.
- Open the Kayo app on your TV and select Sign in. If a QR code is available for this device, it will appear in the centre of the screen like below.
- Using the camera on your smartphone or tablet, scan the QR code on your TV then tap the pop-up notification that appears (it should direct you to this page).

The 8-digit code displayed on your TV will be pre-populated on your smartphone/tablet - select Confirm.
Note: If your code has expired, select Try again on your TV to generate a new code.
- Once you've confirmed the 8-digit code, you may be asked to enter your login details.
- You'll automatically be signed in on your TV. Simply select your profile and start streaming!
Having issues logging in via QR code?
- On the mobile device you’re using to scan the QR code, click here.
- Scan the QR code again and follow the login prompts.
