Other TV devices running Android Mobile OS:

How do I watch Kayo on my Android TV?
You will need to make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Kayo application via the Google Play Store on your Android TV device. If the Kayo application is unavailable via the Google Play Store on your Android TV device then your Android TV device is not currently supported for Kayo.
Follow the below steps to start streaming on your compatible Android TV:
- Download the Kayo Sports app via the Google Play Store.
- Install the Kayo Sports app on your Android TV.
- If you are an active Kayo subscriber, log in to Kayo and start streaming.
- If you aren't a current Kayo subscriber, you will need to subscribe to Kayo via a web browser.
- Once you've successfully signed up to Kayo, log in on your Android TV.
What if my device runs Android MobileOS?
If your Android TV is running an Android MobileOS, it is not supported by Kayo.
If you are watching Kayo on an Android TV running an Android MobileOS, while it will still deliver a stream, it may not be the best experience.
How do I find what OS my Android TV is running?
Follow these steps:
- Access 'Settings' on your Android TV (this may vary between devices)
- Access 'About TV' information
- The version and OS of your Android TV should appear here
I can't get Kayo on my Android TV
The Kayo app for Android TV is available on devices that run Android TV OS version 8.0 and above, from the following manufacturers:
- Hisense
- NVIDIA
- Philips
- Sony
- Toshiba
- TCL
You will need to make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Kayo app via the Google Play Store on your Android TV device, if available. If the Kayo app is unavailable via the Google Play Store on your Android TV device, then your Android TV device is not currently supported for Kayo.
I can't use SplitView on my Android TV
Depending on your Android TV device and operating system, you may not be able to access Kayo's SplitView feature.
Kayo is optimised for the Android TV OS, so for the best experience that includes SplitView, we recommend using devices running the Android TV OS.
You won’t be able to use SplitView if:
- You've downloaded the mobile app for your Android TV and are using an Android TV device running the MobileOS. This is because the Android TV MobileOS is not supported by Kayo
- You have an inbuilt Android TV device. This is primarily due to the storage space within the device itself
- You have an older device that does not have the CPU capacity to deliver a good SplitView experience
