1. How do I add Kayo to my Telstra bill?
You need to subscribe or resubscribe to Kayo through your Telstra Offers Hub.
Note: You will only be able to resubscribe via Telstra billing if you are resubscribing to Kayo with a Telstra offer.
You can follow the steps below to use Pay with Telstra as your payment method:
Pay with Telstra via Telstra Offers Hub
- Via a web browser, log into your Telstra Offers Hub
- Select the Kayo Sports tile
Note: This will outline the Kayo offer you are eligible for - Select ‘Sign Up’ to be taken to the Kayo website to complete your sign up or to resubscribe
- Select a subscription package
Note: If you have had Kayo, BINGE or in the past, select 'Sign In' or 'Get Full Access' in the top right corner to link your existing account to your Telstra bill - Follow the prompts to confirm your personal and payment details
- Pay with Telstra will be highlighted as your payment option
- Now your account is active, start streaming on your favourite device!
2. How does Pay with Telstra work with Kayo?
If you're a Telstra customer, you have an extra way to pay for your Kayo subscription, and that's via Pay with Telstra. Other than how you pay for Kayo, the product features and the way you access it is exactly the same.
3. How will Kayo appear on my Telstra bill?
It will appear on your digital receipt as ‘Kayo Sports Subscription’. The subscription payment dates will also appear on the receipt (e.g. 20 Nov – 20 Dec).
4. How do I add Kayo to my Telstra bill if I am already paying for my subscription using credit card?
If you already have a Kayo subscription and would like to add Kayo to your Telstra Bill, you will need to cancel your subscription, wait for it to lapse and then resubscribe using Pay with Telstra as your payment method. You will only be able to change to Pay with Telstra if you are resubscribing with an offer available to you in your Telstra Hub.
If this applies to you, you can do this by following these steps:
- First you will need to cancel your Kayo subscription, you can do so by clicking here
- When you have successfully cancelled your subscription, you will continue to have access to Kayo until the end of your current billing cycle
- Once your current billing cycle has ended, sign in to your Telstra Offers page and select the Kayo Sports tile
- Select 'Sign In' and use your your existing credentials (email and password)
- You will be asked to select a subscription package
- Enter your details and ensure you select ‘Pay with Telstra’ as your payment method
- Now you will be able to see Kayo on your Telstra bill!
