How do profiles work?
Kayo profiles have been designed to enable personalisation on your Kayo subscription. With up to 5 profiles on each Kayo subscription, you can personalise which content is shown on each profile, set your preferences (No Spoilers, Manage my favourites, Odds), and manage what sport related notifications you receive from Kayo.
Personalising my Profile
If you follow the Brisbane Broncos, you can choose them as your favourite team. Kayo will then provide tailored content so you won't miss a moment of all Broncos related content.
You can do this with sports too. You could create sports centric profiles for your favourite sports and Kayo will highlight the events that suit you.
To personalise your profile:
- Log in and click the

- Select the profile in the Kayo navigator
- Select the
on the 'Who's watching' page
- Select your favourite sports and teams
- Set your No Spoilers preference

Up to 5 profiles per subscription
It's great to know there are no restrictions on accounts with multiple profiles. If you choose to authorise this, your housemates or family can all access Kayo simultaneously from different locations, with the number of available streams dependent on your subscription.
You'll be able to personalise each profile, meaning if you're a Richmond Tigers fan, you won't see your sister's Collingwood Magpies content. You tell Kayo what you want to see, and Kayo will deliver.
Manage my notifications
Once you've selected your favourite sports and teams, make sure you have notifications set up. That way Kayo will let you know when there's a game about to start and you'll never miss out. Learn how to manage your notifications here.
