1. How do I add a voucher code?
The process depends on whether you're a new, returning or existing Kayo customer:
- Using a compatible web browser, visit kayosports.com.au.
- Scroll down and select Got a Voucher? to enter your voucher code.
- If the code is successful, you'll see a discount applied to the tiers available.
- Choose a subscription tier and follow the prompts to sign up.
Note: If you're an existing Hubbl customer, you'll be asked to sign in with your BINGE login details before continuing.
- The voucher code will be automatically applied to your account.
- To resubscribe, click here and select Sign In to enter your login details.
- Scroll down and select Got a Voucher? to enter your voucher code.
- If the code is successful, you'll see a discount applied to the packages available.
- Choose a subscription tier and follow the prompts to resubscribe.
- The voucher code will be automatically applied to your account
- Login to My Account.
- Under My Billing, select Voucher.
- Enter the voucher information, then select Redeem.
- Review the details onscreen, then select Confirm.
If you're an existing customer applying a voucher code to your current subscription, the voucher will apply from your next billing date.
Once the voucher has been applied, it won't appear in My Account however you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.
Why can’t I add my voucher code?
- Sometimes you may experience issues when in an incognito browser or in private mode. Close the incognito browser or exit private mode and try again.
- Check the terms and conditions of the offer to ensure it hasn’t expired. These can usually be found in the email you received, on the offer webpage, or on the checkout or sign-up page. If the offer has expired, you’ll be unable to redeem the voucher.
- If you're seeing an error message, follow the instructions on screen to resolve the issue. If you're unsure what the error message means, please contact us with a screenshot of the error for next steps.
How can I check when my offer ends?
Once you've redeemed an offer by adding your voucher code, you can check the offer end date in My Account:
- Click here to login to My Account.
- Next to Kayo, you'll see the offer end date and how much you'll be charged once the offer expires and converts to a paid subscription. For example in the below screenshot, $40/mth - from 22/5/2025.
