Kayo is no longer available for use in very remote regions of Australia.
Existing customers who stream Kayo exclusively in the areas listed below had their subscriptions automatically cancelled on 3 March 2025. Customers were notified of this change in February, and refunds were processed automatically as part of the cancellation.
Kayo customers who were impacted by this change were contacted in advance and offered a Foxtel subscription at a comparative rate.
Received an email notification but your postcode isn't listed?
If the email states that your subscription will continue to be available for use in areas outside of very remote Australia, this means we detected that you have recently streamed in a very remote area of Australia and are letting you know that you won't be able to stream from these areas going forward.
If you predominantly stream in an area of Australia that is not classified as ‘Very Remote’, and is not included in the postcode list, there will be no changes to your subscription.
If the email states that your subscription will be cancelled, and you will no longer be charged but your postcode is not on the list, please contact us and provide your postcode so we can investigate further.
