Follow these steps or check out the video below:
- Click here to log in to My Account on a web browser.
- Next to Kayo, click Cancel.
Note: If you can't see Cancel or it's greyed out, you're likely billed for Kayo by Apple and will need to cancel with them directly.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Confirm.
- Review your changes, then click Complete.
After cancelling, you'll still have access to Kayo until the end of your billing period.
How can I confirm my subscription was cancelled?
You'll receive an "Order Confirmation" email from Hubbl confirming your cancellation to the email address associated with your account. Please also check your Junk or Spam folders.
In My Account, the subscription you cancelled will be greyed out under the Manage Subscriptions section, with a date below indicating when your access will be removed (e.g. Until 22nd Mar 2025).
What if I'm having trouble cancelling Kayo?
If you're billed by Hubbl or Telstra and you're unable to access My Account because you're overseas or experiencing a technical issue, click on the Chat icon below, type "Cancel" and follow the prompts. This will allow you to cancel your subscription in real-time.
