1. What is Hubbl?
Hubbl will change the TV and streaming experience by aggregating all your subscriptions in one view. This will simplify how you search and watch content, as well as provide the ability to manage all your subscriptions in one place.
Hubbl is available via a small device that plugs into any compatible TV as well as via Hubbl Glass - a world-class TV with a built-in high-quality sound that only requires a power cord.
2. Why is my account attached to Hubbl?
If you have a Hubbl device or have subscribed to a Hubbl (formerly Streamotion) streaming service, now or in the past, you will have a Hubbl account.
Hubbl streaming services include BINGE and Kayo Sports. Hubbl devices include Hubbl (small device) and the Hubbl Glass.
3. If I change my details for one Hubbl subscription, does that update all subscriptions?
Yes. If you update your email or change your password, this will take effect for your Hubbl account, which means it will update these details for any BINGE and Kayo Sports subscriptions you have.
Similarly, entering new credit card details will automatically update any subscription you have with Hubbl that's also billed via credit card. That means if you have an active Kayo Sports subscription and sign up to BINGE with a different credit card, your new details will be automatically updated for both products. These details will also be used if you purchase a Hubbl device or Pay Per View event.
4. Why is Hubbl listed on my bank statement?
If you’ve purchased a Hubbl device or have subscribed to a Hubbl streaming service, either now or in the past, these charges will be listed on your bank statement.
Your statement will be branded depending on what Hubbl device you’ve purchased or subscription you're being billed for. This makes it easy for you to identify which product the invoice is for.
5. Why is my gift card applied to another Hubbl purchase?
When you apply a gift card, that value is credited to your Hubbl account. For example, if you have three active subscriptions, the gift card value will be applied automatically to whichever subscription is due to be billed next, or the next device or Pay-Per-View event you purchase. You can’t choose which service to apply the gift card credit to.
If there's remaining credit on your Hubbl account, it will be used for your next Hubbl-billed transaction until the value of the card is exhausted. This could include a subscription, Pay-Per-View or device purchase.
6. How do I cancel a Hubbl subscription?
Hubbl subscriptions are only active if you have an active BINGE and Kayo Sports, subscription, or if you’re being billed by Hubbl for a third-party app. If you cancel a subscription, you can keep your Hubbl account to subscribe in the future.

No, cancelling one subscription does not cancel all your active Hubbl subscriptions. You'll need to cancel each one individually.

If you'd like your details removed from Hubbl in accordance with our Privacy Policy, please complete this webform and Hubbl Help will be in touch.
Note: In order to have your personal data deleted, you cannot have any active Hubbl subscriptions.
9. Will Hubbl market other products to me?
As you can subscribe to apps through Hubbl, we may contact you regarding other streaming services available through Hubbl. You can opt out of receiving these communications by unsubscribing directly from the communication in My Account.
