Kayo tries to provide as much sport and content as possible. However, there are a few different reasons why what you're looking for may not be available.
Firstly, it's worth checking out our content table which has a detailed list of sports and shows available on Kayo. You can also find out what's coming up on Kayo by visiting 'What's on Kayo this week?'.
If you can't find what you're looking for, it's likely due to one of the reasons below:
Unfortunately, we don't have the rights
We have an extensive number of arrangements with content providers to deliver our customers sport from all over the world live and on demand.
We have multiple sports across 180 competitions on Kayo. However, there are some sports we are unable to stream because our content providers do not have the rights to show that sport.
So, if the sport or content you're looking for isn't available in Kayo, it could be because of this.
E.g. EPL, UEFA Champions League, Australian Open (Tennis), and the Tour de France.
I was watching my favourite sport and now it's not there
Most likely it's because of the agreements we have in place with various content providers. These agreements determine what we can show, and how long we show it for.
The good news is that most of the time, we can show the event Live. However, the fixtures might only be available On-Demand for a few hours, days, weeks or months.
You'll notice for sports like NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL, On-Demand availability will be limited to a few days.
The event is unavailable On-Demand
Sometimes the agreements in place with content providers stipulate that content cannot be streamed On-Demand (or on replay).
If an event disappears soon after it has streamed Live, it's most likely the agreements we have in place.
This is the case with the PGA Tour most notably and is why you'll only be able to stream these events Live.
To find out which sports aren't available On-Demand, visit our content table.
Our content providers have changed their schedule
Kayo relies on our content providers to deliver sporting content. Sometimes, their schedules are updated at the last minute meaning events can be replaced or have their start/end times adjusted.
An example might be if an NHL game goes into overtime – the broadcaster may choose to stay with this game before crossing to the start of a Live MLB fixture which means our content provider will make changes to its schedule to accommodate.
We try our best to update Kayo to reflect these changes, but due to the nature of Live sports broadcasting it is sometimes not possible.
If you've selected a match tile and the wrong event is showing, it's likely due to this scenario too. It's worth checking the corresponding Live Channel to see if the broadcasters scheduling has changed.
The event hasn't been produced
If an event is unavailable on Kayo, it may be because coverage of the event hasn't been produced and therefore its unable to be delivered by our content provider. This is sometimes the case with heat and qualifying stages of certain sports.
However, often we have some coverage of the event (for example a final of a competition may be filmed and provided to us via our content provider), so make sure you check out our content table.
