To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, follow these steps:
- Click here to log in to My Account.
- Next to Kayo, click Change.
- Select a tier, then select Continue.
- Review your changes, then click Confirm.
When will the change take effect?
If you've upgraded to a higher tier, this change will take effect immediately. If you’ve upgraded in the middle of your billing cycle, a one-off pro-rata charge will apply. If you’ve downgraded to a lower tier, this change will take effect on your next bill cycle date. You’ll have access to your existing plan until then.
Can I change a subscription billed by Apple or Optus?
No, you won’t be able to make changes to a subscription that’s billed by Apple or Optus through My Account on Hubbl.
If you’d like to manage your subscription through Hubbl, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through Apple or Optus and resubscribe via Hubbl.
